I used VIP for approx 6 months for a tv show that filmed in NYC. Our host is a well known journalist and it was very important to have reliable transportation for her during tape days. Well, VIP delivered. They communicated with me always and if there were any hiccups with requested times, they got on the phone with me right away. I HIGHLY recommend VIP. I’ve worked with several other transportation co’s none are as customer-focused as VIP. From requesting a car, to pickup/dropoff and billing, every staff member is caring and professional. The drivers are experienced, knowledgeable, present themselves very well, cars are extremely clean and offer a smooth journey and peace of mind. Honestly, this is a great company and I highly recommend them.
I recently used VIP Connection for an airport transfer, and I was impressed with their punctuality and efficiency. The car was spacious and comfortable, and the chauffeur was friendly and professional. I will definitely be using their services again.
My wife are from Vancouver Canada I booked a private tour of NYC and boroughs. We saw the city in privacy and safety and found the driver (Fritz) amazing and informative and the cost was 2/3 of what other tour companies were charging. AMAZING and strongly recommend it.
