Why Choose VIP Connection?

When searching for the perfect transportation company to assist you, many of us look quite similar. Vehicles and booking options seldom vary on the surface. But here’s what really sets us apart.

Operations

Consisting of our Dispatch and Chauffeur Teams, Operations is critical in the successful operation of each and every single trip. The first face you see of VIP Connection is that of your chauffeur, who is professionally dressed and excited to transport you to your destination. The Dispatch Team watches every trip from start to finish to ensure flawless completion of each itinerary.

Our
Chauffeurs

Where we really excel is our team of chauffeurs and transportation experts, many of whom have been serving our guests for more than 15 years. Each chauffeur on our team is held to the highest standards. Immaculate appearance, extensive city knowledge and impeccable.

Customer service skills are all expected, and drivers are reviewed regularly to ensure that our clients are always receiving the best. Each of our chauffeurs is also trained in defensive driving, which teaches them to anticipate the moves of other drivers and avoid potential risks.

Our Vehicles

Our fleet is maintained to strict quality standards, with vehicles regularly updated and inspected for safety, cleanliness, and performance. Routine maintenance and detailed quality checks help ensure every vehicle delivers a premium travel experience.

Our Commitment To The Environment

In an industry where fuel plays a crucial role in our operations, maintaining a strong commitment to environmental responsibility is essential. Here are some key initiatives VIP Connection takes to be a responsible corporate citizen:

Paperless Trip Information

With our advanced reservation system, all of our chauffeurs receive their trip information through their tablet computer.

Idle Policy

VIP chauffeurs are trained to comply with New York City vehicle-idling laws and applicable exemptions. Our commitment to responsible driving practices helps reduce unnecessary emissions, improve air quality, and support efficient fuel usage throughout our transportation services.

Paperless Reservations

Trips booked by phone or online by email are all entered into our reservation system without using paper. With the large number of new reservations and changes to existing reservations coming into our office each day, this helps drastically minimize paper use within our office.

Experience The Difference

Experience the VIP Connection difference by booking your next transportation ride with us! We understand our clients and their needs and are dedicated to providing them with the highest level of customer care and comfort.
