I used VIP for approx 6 months for a tv show that filmed in NYC. Our host is a well known journalist and it was very important to have reliable transportation for her during tape days. I've worked with several other transportation co's none are as customer-focused as VIP. From requesting a car, to pickup/dropoff and billing, every staff member is caring and professional. The drivers are experienced, knowledgeable, present themselves very well, cars are extremely clean and offer a smooth journey and peace of mind. My wife are from Vancouver Canada I booked a private tour of NYC and boroughs. We saw the city in privacy and safety and found the driver (Fritz) amazing and informative and the cost was 2/3 of what other tour companies were charging. AMAZING and strongly recommend it.
