Arrivals – Curbside Pickup: Your VIP chauffeur will meet you outside the terminal at the passenger pickup area. For this terminal, you must walk across the street to the outer roadway. The inner roadway is reserved for yellow cabs. When you have secured your luggage and are ready to be picked up please call your chauffeur directly or call VIP Dispatch at 718-392-6100 to arrange a meeting point at one of the passenger pickup areas.

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, JFK-T4 made some changes when it comes to meeting the arriving passengers. JFK Terminal 4 now restricts access to ticketed passengers only, so we can only do Curbside pickup at Terminal 4. We will have our chauffeur get in touch with the passenger once the plane lands to coordinate pickup. Meeting locations
Prior to your flight landing, you will receive your assigned driver information. Once you have cleared with Customs, exit the terminal downstairs at the arrivals level. Then please proceed to passenger pick up area 2, 3, or 4 where your VIP car and chauffeur will meet you.
